Cancellation Policy:

Sedan job client can cancel 2 hours before pickup time with $10.00 processing fee if not you will be charge full amount of trip. Limousine Van and SUV client can cancel 48 hours before pickup time with $20.00 processing fee if you cancel 24 hours or earliar, you will be billed minimum for 02 hours of service charges. Mini Bus & Coach job client can cancel 72 hours prior to pick up time with $25.00 processing fee if not you will be billed minimum 3 hours of service charges.

Please call us in Time for any cancellation to avoid NO-SHOW billing.

Agreement & Liability:

Client agrees that, there will be no smoking in our vehicles and assures that, no illegal drugs are brought into our vehicles. Client is not allowed alcoholic beverages in our minibuses. Client agrees that the passengers capacity of vehicle provided shall not be exceeded. In case of any misconduct by your party, chauffeur has the right to terminate this agreement without refunds. Client holds limousine service harmless and not liable for nay personal or material damages arising from the conduct of his/her party. Client is responsible for the full payment of any overtime charges, beyond the original agreement.

We take no responsibility and cannot be held responsible for any mechanical problems, inclement weather or delays due uncontrollable circumstances resulting in inability to start or complete job at a schedule time. In such a event if the requested vehicle can not be provided, City Executive Limousine, may provide a vehicle of equal status.
